Our Partners

We have partnered with Hampton University, the Hampton History Museum, First Baptist Church East End, Newport News, VA, the Boys and Girls Clubs in the area, local community centers, Alston Village Learning Center, Hampton, VA, Project 1619 Inc., Lambda Omega Chapter, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and Phoebus High School in Hampton, VA; we go wherever we are asked to come and tell our story. We have also partnered with Americans Who Tell the Truth and the Human-Computer Project.

Another of our Branch members is Margot Lee Shetterly, author of the New York Times best-selling book, Hidden Figures: The American Dream and the Untold Story of the Black Women Mathematicians Who Helped Win the Space Race, and executive producer of the Academy Award-nominated movie of the same name.
